Startup Program

At Zwarttech, we envision a competitive economy where startups and scaleups compete with big corporations in the market. Therefore, we empower startups and scaleups with the opportunity to scale their businesses with the best Senior IT experts and CyberSecurity Specialists available.

What we do

We offer the program to startups founded after 2016 for a maximum of 1.5 years.

To provide flexibility in payment, we have two payment options, prepayment and post-payment. In addition, Zwarttech goes the extra mile in delivering value to our clients. For example, with our referral appreciation, we provide 10 hours of free work for each new client introduced.

Prepayment

How we do it

Minimum 200 hours.

Maximum 2.000 hours.

Maximum hours per week; 40.

Cost-effective prices.

Payment terms

50% at contract signing.

Remaining 50% when reached 40% of total agreed hours.

At the end of the contract, we will refund the non-used hours for up to 50%.

Cancellation terms

One month cancellation/notice period, by the end of the month.

If the contract is cancelled by the client, the non-used hours will be refunded for 50%.

If the contract is cancelled by Zwarttech, the non-used hours will be refunded for 100%.

Reporting usage

Once per month, the hours used and remaining will be reported.

The hours used and reported must be signed off by the client.

If the used hours are at 90% of the contracted hours, Zwarttech will inform the client.

Usage request

Follow Service Level Agreement.

Parties can agree to other terms and conditions.

Post Payment

How we do it

Minimum of hours of contract per week; 10 hours.

Maximum of hours of contract per week; 40 hours; 1 Full-time Equivalent.

Non used weekly hours can be accrued for a maximum of 4 weeks. After these four weeks, these hours should be used within two weeks. After these two weeks, these accrued hours will be void.

Multiple FTE’s per week are possible.

Cost-effective prices.

The minimum contract length is three months; extension per month automatically.

Payment terms

Payment upfront per month.

More hours used than the minimum will be charged at the end of the month (so with the new monthly upfront invoicing).

At the end of the contract, the unused hours will not be refunded.

Cancellation terms

1-month cancellation/notice period by the end of the month.

If the contract is cancelled by the client, the non-used hours for that last month (the accrued hours of the previous month(s) are excluded) will be refunded for 50%.

If Zwarttech cancels the contract, the non-used hours for that last month (the accrued hours of the previous month(s) are excluded) will be refunded for 100%.
