Senior IT Experts

Our screening process is thorough but straightforward to select only the best Senior IT Experts out of Africa. We go further by taking each candidate through specialised coding challenges and technical assessments. Additional Security Measures

PES checks for non- integrity-sensitive positions

Senior IT Experts present two Guarantors that they do not have any family ties.

We Identify and verify the identity of all Senior IT Experts based on valid proof of identity of both Senior IT Experts and their two provided Guarantors

Cross-checking candidates relevant degrees, diplomas, training courses and Integrity statements with the relevant institutions.

Zwarttech assesses Info about the reliability of Senior IT Experts at relevant employers over the past two years.

Assessing the certificate of Good Conduct(VOG). The certificate is issued by the municipality and can be no older than three months. (optional)

Zwarttech assesses Info about the reliability of Senior IT Experts at relevant employers over the past two years as well as temporary employment and secondment agencies where employees worked during the past 5 years

Assessing the certificate of Good Conduct(VOG). The certificate is issued by the municipality and can be no older than three months.

Assessing the Ancillary positions following Ancillary Regulations

Zwarttech ensures to check all Senior IT Experts against the External Referral application system and Verification information system as part of our criminal check process.

EVA (External Referral Application). Eva is a system in which current and former clients or former employers of financial institutions are included. The system houses persons who have caused damage to financial institutions through criminal activities. (Including fraud and robberies) or other improper acts

  VIS is a file with numbers of stolen & missing Identity docs
  SFH (Mortgage Fraud Prevention) contains details of mortgage lenders
  Central Insolvency Register
  Disciplinary Register of Banks
